Permit Description / Scope
Install three (3) new residential skylights in existing roof. Work includes layout and cutting of roof openings, installation of manufacturer-approved skylight units with factory flashing kits, and modification of roof framing as required. New headers and trimmers to be installed where rafters are cut, sized per IRC requirements. Skylights to be properly weatherproofed, flashed, and integrated with existing roofing system. Interior light shafts to be framed and finished. No change to building footprint or roof height. All work to comply with NH State Building Code and manufacturer specifications.
