Required Prior to the Release of the Full Building PermitProject to Include: Reconstruct/Repair Fire Damaged
Structure and Construct 24'6" (D) x 21'4 (W) Foundation for a Rear Two-Story Addition, Convert Existing Five-Unit to Three Unit Residential, including the addition of a three-story code compliant egress stair enclosure, reconstruction of a rear addition with third floor roof deck at rear of building for egress of two units, and the addition of a rear entry as per plans prepared by Portsmouth Architects entitled "Renovation, Reconstruction & Addition" dated 1/5/2026. Permit approval based on Land Use Approvals granted under LU-25-112. Permit Issued with the following Conditions:* No Construction beyond foundation authorized until
as-built plan verifying setbacks and elevation has been provided and
approved. * Entire Structure shall be protected by an approved fire
protection system/fire alarm* Separate Sprinkler and fire alarm permitting
required. * Separate Plumbing, Mechanical, Electrical Permitting
