Permit Description / Scope
We are submitting the following
scope of work which will include constructing a heated building to house an inground swimming pool, installing the inground pool, constructing a deck on the exterior. All work to be performed in accordance the NH State Building Code, with the most recent set of construction drawings, as well as any comments made by the plan reviewer. · Remove and dispose existing deck· Remove all necessary siding to aid in proper
foundation layout.· Remove all necessary material to allow for
proposed pool location including sitting area.· Install footing per plan.· Form and poor foundation walls per plan.· Subcontractor to furnish and install pool.· Frame walls per plan.· Frame pool and sitting room roof attaching to
existing house.· Excavate for deck footing. Building Dep to
inspect prior to concrete.· Frame deck and stairs per plan.· Furnish and install siding to match existing.· Insulate walls and ceiling to meet NH code
requirements.· Install appropriate interior wall finishes to
include ceiling.· Install tile per Homeowners specs.· All pool equipment will be furnished and
installed by subcontractors.· All electrical to be performed by licensed contractors.· All plumbing to be performed by licensed contractors.
