Residential Interior Structural Renovations/Remodel Single-Family Structure at 27 Hancock Street. Project to Include:Selective Interior Demolition- Remove interior finishes all levels and restructure framing as per plans by Ross Engineering, LLC, labelled Colonel Joshua Wentworth House, 27 Hancock Street, dated September 12, 2025; and per plans by TMS Architects Interiors, labelled 27 Hancock Street: Master Plan, dated 07-18-2025. Exterior- Option 1, Basement- Option 1, First Floor- Option 1, Second floor- Option 2, 2nd Floor and Attic (3rd Fl)- Option 2First Floor:Option 1: Structural Repairs as er Sheet S2 of the structural drawings, Reinstall Ceilings, trim and interior finishes as notedSecond Floor:Option 2: Remove plumbing fixtures in shared bathroom and convert room into a dressing room.
