Exterior renovations and weatherproofing across all elevations of the property, including the following:Back ExteriorSoffit/Fascia: Scrape and repaint or wrap in metal.Siding: Repair and seal areas showing deterioration or exposure.Door: Scrape and repaint or seal with PVC cladding.Bulkhead: Remove and replace existing bulkhead door with a new unit.Lower-Level Window: Scrape and repaint trim; seal exposed framing.Left ExteriorSiding: Repair and seal multiple areas to prevent weather and pest intrusion.Railing: Remove and replace with code-compliant railing.Lattice: Remove and replace with white PVC lattice.Columns: Scrape and repaint; perform carpentry repairs or replace as needed.Soffit/Fascia (Lower Roofline): Scrape and repaint.Door (Black Trim): Scrape and repaint.Front ExteriorWeatherization: Seal upper left corner above three lower windows.Windows: Replace four first-floor windows.Soffit/Fascia/Lower Roof Line/Under Porch/Columns: Scrape and repaint.Railing & Lattice: Replace with white PVC components to meet code.Basement LevelWindow: Scrape and repaint.Window Trim: Scrape and repaint.Right ExteriorWindows (1st Floor Tub/Shower): Seal exposed wood; complete sealing of adjacent small window.Windows (Hallway): Replace two windows and trim with PVC.Soffit/Fascia (Lower Rear): Scrape and repaint or wrap in metal.Siding: Repair multiple lower-level areas, especially near rubber roof junction, to prevent moisture and pest issues.Vent: Seal off unused vent.
