Full guarantee terms

1. 1 The promise: Within 30 days of your Wave 2 purchase, if you don't close one paying job sourced from a PermitPulse lead, we'll refund your entire purchase — same day you contact us.
2. 2 How to claim: Email refund@permitpulseos.com with the subject line "30-day guarantee refund." Tell us your trade and metro. That's it.
3. 3 No forms, no interrogation: We won't ask for proof of contact attempts, proof of calls made, or any documentation. Your word is enough.
4. 4 Keep your data: Even if you get a refund, you keep access to any permit data you've already downloaded or saved. The data doesn't disappear.
5. 5 Stripe processing time: We issue the refund the same business day you email us. Stripe typically returns the funds to your card in 5–10 business days.
6. 6 Applies to: Wave 2 Quarterly ($149 one-time), Wave 2 Lifetime ($499 one-time), and Wave 2 Concierge tier. Monthly subscribers can cancel anytime — the guarantee additionally covers the first paid month.
7. 7 One refund per business: The guarantee applies to first-time purchases. Repurchases after a refund are not covered under this guarantee.
